*Job Description**AMAZING CHIROPRACTIC ASSISTANT POSITION:*Are you energetic, self-motivated, and willing to go the extra mile? Would you like to join an expanding team of amazing professionals? Do you have fantastic communication and customer service skills? Do you have a passion for helping the local community? Are you excellent at multitasking and managing the smaller details? Then, we are looking for you! This position is to run a busy front of house with a wide range of duties, delivering a great customer service to our patients daily. We are currently recruiting a part-time role for this fantastic position! We offer full in-house training programme to get you up to speed. We also offer a fun working environment with constant learning, progress, and a lot of opportunities for personal growth.*Our shifts are presently (but may be subject to change as we expand)*:Tuesday 1.30pm – 7.30pmWednesday 1.30pm – 7.30pmFriday 1.30pm – 7.30pmSaturday 7.30am – 1.30pm*A typical day includes:*- Supporting and assisting with the running of the clinic- Greeting the patients and creating a welcoming environment,- Dealing with telephone enquiries,- Managing the clinic diary and administration.*Duties and Responsibilities** Complete all necessary paperwork required for billing* Maintain office environment (cleaning)* Order office supplies* Answer phones and direct calls accordingly* Practice good patient care (client, family, friends)* Practice good office management (bookkeeping, scheduling, etc.)* Practice good organisational skills (multitasking and management of tasks)* Perform other related duties as assigned by the chiropractor or supervisorYou will learn about chiropractic and how to support the chiropractic team. Amazing training and support will be provided.
