About the opportunity : We are looking to recruit for a variety of casual matchday stewarding roles, where you will provide a safe and friendly environment and offer support and guidance to our supporters at Hill Dickinson Stadium. You will be working as part of a large team of stewards, playing a key role in ensuring home and away supporters have the best matchday experience possible. The different roles we will be looking to fill across our casual steward population include: Crowd Stewards Exit Stewards Safeguarding Stewards Accessibility Stewards Pitch Security SIA Fanzone Stewards Support Team Stewards The successful candidates will need to have strong customer service skills, be able to work well in a team, and be able to perform under pressure in an ‘always on’ fast-paced environment. They will also need to continuously represent our club and our values, and provide a service befitting of our motto Nil Satis Nisi Optimum ( Nothing but the best is good enough)’. Who we are looking for: We are looking for people who will represent our club, our values and provide a Nil Satis Nisi Optimum service to our fans at all times. Ideally, but not essential, you will have previous experience in event, arena, stadium, public, and entertainment safety and be in training/working towards a NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 certificate in Spectator Safety. These position(s) are on a casual basis, working matchdays from the 2025/26 season. Due to the nature of this role, we can only accept applications from candidate above the age of 18.
