We are recruiting for Business Support Executive at our site in Colwick. The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day administrative support of the Sales and Account Management teams, ensuring the efficient handling and maintenance of reports, quotations, customer management, sales processes, call handling, and overall customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Enva Account Managers with the highest level of administrative support.
  • Provide internal account management to selected customers, building rapport and maintaining ongoing relationships.
  • Coordinate and deliver monthly reporting for both customers and internal stakeholders as needed.
  • Manage and report on inbound leads.
  • Provide added value by optimising customer information (Site Waste Management Plans etc).
  • Ensure data entered/provided to the salesforce is accurate and timely.
  • Utilise CRM system and update with accurate information.
  • Ensure commodity rebate data is accurate and timely.
  • Constantly promote the highest level of customer care, service and responsiveness in all the work you do.
  • Improve overall customer relations to ensure that Enva becomes the customers’ primary point of call.
  • Ensure that all sales paperwork is received, processed and filed within agreed timescales.
  • Work with other departments to ensure that the highest level of customer management is maintained.
  • Help ensure the health & safety of all personnel within the company including yourself by your actions and reporting of issues by adhering to all company procedures.
  • Carry out any other such reasonable job-related tasks as the company may require you to undertake from time to time.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • Good standard of basic education (must have a high level of numeracy and literacy).
  • Some knowledge of waste regulations.
  • Understanding of HSE requirements.
  • Excellent planning & organizational skills.
  • Proven Customer Relationship or Account Management experience with regional or national accounts.
  • Clean driving license.
  • There is a requirement to work off site which may include travel to customer sites.
