- Provide keywork support to clients under MAPPA arrangements, building positive, prosocial relationships and helping individuals achieve agreed outcomes.
- Manage risk and safety through assessment, monitoring behaviour, de-escalation, and ensuring compliance with statutory orders, house rules and occupancy agreements.
- Maintain accurate client records by fully utilising the Trust's Client File, managing medication in line with policy, and ensuring strict confidentiality.
- Promote participation and involvement by engaging clients in the life of the project, facilitating client meetings, supporting involvement, and managing complaints.
- Work collaboratively as part of the team, contributing to team meetings, supporting referrals, arrivals and departures, and providing advice, guidance and support to colleagues and clients.
A satisfactory Enhanced DBS with adult barred list check is required for this role and job offers will be subject to the Trust receiving satisfactory evidence of the successful applicant's right to work in the UK.
