We are looking for a proactive and self-motivated Programmes Administrator to join our Taught Programmes Team in a part time, permanent post.
About the role
This role will provide essential day-to-day support to our Faculty's diverse academic programmes. In this pivotal role, you will work closely with fellow Administrators, Programmes Officers and academic staff and students, to ensure the smooth and efficient administration and operation of our degree programmes across the Faculty. The Faculty is committed to continuous improvement and innovation, meaning you'll have plenty of opportunities to shape and evolve processes, improving both your own skills and the efficiency of our operations. You'll be part of a close-knit team, all working towards a shared goal – creating an exceptional academic experience for all. We care about delivering excellent service, student and staff wellbeing, and University reputation. About the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences
The Faculty of Humanities & Social Sciences brings together six departments with an excellent reputation for both teaching and research. This is a fixed-term post from July 2026 until July 2027 (or the early return of the postholder). This role is offered on a part time (18.25 hours per week) basis. During 2025/26 we are offering hybrid working in the Faculty Professional Services Staff team. This means you must work part of the week on campus in the office and you may also work part of the week from home.
