Winner of the Great Service Award at Manchester Food & Drink Festival in 2023 and 2019 Join our General manager, AGMs, Head chef, restaurant manager, wine manager and reservations manager as the head of the huge bar department and complete this stellar management team! We are looking for an experienced and passionate Bar Manager to join our team and make a real impact. As our Bar Manager, play a key role in helping the team grow and shine, providing training, mentorship, and support to make sure everyone is on the same page about delivering exceptional drinks and service in one of the busiest restaurants in Manchester. You will oversee a team of 12+ bartenders, head bartenders, assistant bar managers and barbacks. In this role, set the standard by leading from the front, showing the team what great drinks and service looks like.
