- Langjährige Erfahrung (7+ Jahre) in Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Marketingstrategien in APAC-Märkten inkl. lokaler Anpassung.
- Nachweisliche Erfolge bei Markteinführungen von Hotelmarken im asiatisch-pazifischen Raum sowie Erfahrung im Nahen Osten oder Afrika
- Erfolgreiche Leitung kreativer und medialer Netzwerke in mehreren Märkten; ausgeprägte Fähigkeiten in Briefing und Performance-Management.
- Erfahrung in Budgetplanung und ROI-orientierter Steuerung.
- Kenntnisse in Brand Tracking, CRM/Marketing-Automatisierung, Analytics (Google, Tableau) und Kollaborationstools.
- Fließende Englischkenntnisse, Grundkenntnisse in Deutsch, weitere Sprachen (asiatisch) von Vorteil
