Lead Fire Alarm Service Engineer, Thames Valley area, £40-45k with OTE of £50-55k+
If you are an experienced Lead / Supervising Fire Alarm Service Engineer who wants to work for a growing company and have the opportunity to progress to management, read on.
The position will have you reporting directly to the MD and being responsible for the installation and commissioning of Fire and Intruder alarms, as well as leading a small team of engineers delivering across the Thames Valley (Reading, Newbury, Thatcham, Basingstoke, Oxford, Abingdon. Guildford, Swindon etc)
It is expected that you will have a relevant Level 3 certification in Fire detection/alarms and the required experience to lead through example and be able to promote positive working practices to ensure SSAIB and BAFE standards are met.
This is a small but established and growing business with a strong client book for mainly service, call out, fault finding and commissioning work across Fire and Security and there is a big opportunity for you to take a pivotal role and progress your career towards management within the next 2 years.
Base salary in the £40-45k range but with OT/on call, additional commission paid on quoted works and quarterly bonuses, giving a realistic commission of £10k+ on top. Remote set up, Mon-Fri 8.30-5pm, on call 1 in 4 weeks, fully expensed van, phone, laptop, pension, subsidised travel. FIA training provided.
