We offer a basic salary between £28,600 and £31,775, depending on skills and experience. This is based on a 41-hour work week, with an additional over-performance bonus opportunity.
Your role as a Vehicle Technician is crucial in delivering an exceptional customer experience built on trust and honesty. As a Prep Technician, you will be responsible for carrying out pre-delivery inspections (PDIs) on new and used vehicles, ensuring they meet the highest standards and manufacturer guidelines. You will need to work within agreed time frames, maintain high productivity, and provide exceptional customer service. Quality workmanship and achieving first-time fixes are core values guiding our work.
Qualifications and Skills
- A relevant formal qualification in Automotive City & Guilds / NVQ Level 3
- Current experience as a Vehicle Technician
- MOT license preferred but not essential
- Your own set of tools
- A full UK driving licence
