We are an award-winning Business Transformation & Integration Advisory firm, helping corporates to maximise value creation through their people – by rewiring workforce structures for agility, reshaping culture to fuel performance, and realigning leadership to be future ready. Our approach is simple: great people doing great work for great clients guided by three core principles:

  • Expertise Led - sharing insights to provoke thinking;
  • Outcome Obsessed - delivering outcomes with sustainable results;
  • Human Centred - taking a people-centric approach to make change stick.

We are proud to have grown a diverse and talented team of experienced former Big 5 consultants, with proven capability and progressive thinking, delivering sustainable results and working as one team in a dynamic and nimble way. We value your individual brilliance, and we’re looking for individuals who bring curiosity, drive and proactivity to participate and contribute from day one. We recognise that great work depends on how people work best. We support flexible ways of working that balance high performance with personal sustainability. Success here is measured by impact: the outcomes you deliver, how you collaborate, and the value you create for clients and colleagues.

The Role

As a Senior Manager, you will be a key member of our leadership team at an exciting point in our growth journey. You will own client relationships, drive exceptional delivery and help shape the direction of the business.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the delivery of complex, multi-workstream client engagements to the highest standard.
  • Build and manage strategic client relationships at senior levels, acting as a trusted advisor.
  • Partner with the Executive team to develop propositions, identify new opportunities and support business growth.
  • Contribute to the development of our methodology, tools and thought leadership in your area of expertise.
  • Coach and develop junior team members, acting as a role model for our values and behaviours.

What We Are Looking For

We are seeking specialists at Senior Manager level in one or more of the following disciplines:

  • Organisational Design & Operating Model
  • Change Management
  • Leadership Development
  • Culture Change
  • Programme Management & Transformation

Skills & Experience

  • 10+ years of relevant experience.
  • Deep expertise in one or more of the specialist areas above, with a clear point of view and a track record of thought leadership.
  • Proven ability to deliver high-quality client engagements, managing scope, timelines and budgets effectively.
  • Experience managing multiple concurrent projects and leading delivery teams.
  • A strategic and commercial approach to client relationship management, with the confidence to operate at the most senior levels.
  • Experience supporting business development - whether through proposals, networking or building client pipelines.
  • A strong professional network of senior connections to support us in continuing to grow our profile and reach.
  • A collaborative working style that builds trust quickly, at every level of a client organisation.
  • Resilience and personal impact - the ability to influence, challenge and facilitate decisions.
  • A genuine passion for developing talent, with strong coaching and people management skills.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset and the drive to help grow a new service offering.
  • Excellent organisation, with a self-motivated, solutions-focused approach.
  • Clear, confident communication and a genuine curiosity.
  • Previous experience in a consultancy or consulting environment.
