- Partner with the Executive team to develop propositions, identify new opportunities and support business growth
- Proven ability to deliver high-quality client engagements, managing scope, timelines and budgets effectively
- Experience managing multiple concurrent projects and leading delivery teams
- A strategic and commercial approach to client relationship management, with the confidence to operate at the most senior levels
- Experience supporting business development - whether through proposals, networking or building client pipelines
- A strong professional network of senior connections to support us in continuing to grow our profile and reach
- A genuine passion for developing talent, with strong coaching and people management skills
- An entrepreneurial mindset and the drive to help grow a new service offering
- Previous experience in a consultancy or consulting environment
- Comfort working flexibly, with approximately 40% time at our London office
- Undergraduate or postgraduate degree, or equivalent professional experience
