We are an employee focused business committed to developing people to ensure that we have the best there is as part of our ever-expanding team. This is a full-time, permanent role.

You will join our team in Solihull, working five days a week on a rolling shift pattern. The job entails stripping down and re-building our tankers after the painting process has been completed. We are looking for a good general hands-on assembler / fitter who has the experience to learn and help improve the current process.

Responsibilities
  • Working in the main production area building our tankers.
  • Working to a Standard Work Sequence to meet deadlines and expectations.
  • Chassis fitting.
  • Maintaining a clean, organised and productive work area.
  • Adhering to Health and Safety regulations.
  • Operating in a professional, proactive manner to achieve continuous development.
  • Any other ad hoc duties.
Requirements / Qualifications

We are looking for a good general hands-on assembler / fitter with the experience to learn and help improve the current process.
