We are seeking a Service Operations Manager to work 5 days a week in our Service Department in Solihull. Some of the duties are -The Service Operation Manager will provide leadership & management to the field service, workshop, remount & service office teams. Deliver exceptional customer service leading to sustainable growth and customer satisfaction. Develop, enhance, and embed service processes and working methods. Oversee and improve team performance including Engineer utilisation and efficiency improvements. Lead the service operation to achieve P&L. - Senior level service or operational management experience is required for this role
- Must come from a HGV, Plant, Tanker or associated background where quick turn around on repairs are imperative to customer satisfaction. xgikmsk

- Demonstratable evidence of creating and embedding KPIs and objectives
- Self-motivation and a positive attitude
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to work on your own initiative and make decisions

- Strong organisational, process and project management skills
