The key duties and responsibilities are: Training Delivery and Coordination Create, design, and deliver training and development courses/initiatives aligned to business needs Work closely and regularly with key internal stakeholders to shape development requirements Proactively engage with external providers to source training provision, where requiredContinually review training materials and ensure their suitability, compliance, and relevanceCollaboratively manage early career offerings, ensuring their suitability, compliance, and contentMonitor development KPIs, recording monthly and offering insightUsing our Learning platform to create an intuitive end to end Learning Management SystemOccasional travel to other sites which may require the need for an overnight stay. xgikmsk LearnersBe accessible to all staff on site for structured and ad-hoc meetings regarding trainingProvide face to face support and coaching to learners and key stakeholdersMonitor learners regularly through reporting, coaching and structured meetingsBe visible within the business and engage with all departments regularlyWork collaboratively and professionally with line managers regarding their learners.
