Administrator Solihull, Birmingham £16,000 – £17,000 per annum – dependent on experience Part Time Administrator needed for our Solihull Site. We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrator to support the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources department. The ideal candidate will have strong organisational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen eye for accuracy. You would be working in the Human Resources Department. You will be working 25 hours per week over 5 days Monday – Friday, office based. Some of the duties that are part of this role are below; * Supporting Payroll where required * Managing the recruitment process while supporting managers with their recruitment lifecycle and conducting interviews * Supporting the HR team in any tasks required * Answering calls and emails as well as being first point of contact for initial queries * Circulating information to the wider site and all employees * Maintaining records of employees on our HRIS System * Note taking at meetings when required * Organisation and Co-ordination of events A more detailed job description can be found at the bottom of this page.
