We are seeking a Head of HR to work 5 days a week in our HR Department in Solihull. The Head of Human Resources holds ultimate responsibility for providing leadership and delivering a comprehensive HR service throughout the organisation. This includes developing and overseeing HR strategy, managing employee relations, facilitating learning and development initiatives, liaising with payroll, supporting wellbeing efforts, and enhancing organisational capability. Working in collaboration with the Senior leadership team, the postholder is tasked with creating and executing people strategies that underpin business objectives, foster employee engagement, and ensure adherence to employment legislation and recognised best practice.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a senior HR leadership role.
  • Strong working knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and advise at senior level.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and work under pressure.
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Confident user of Microsoft Office applications.
