About the role

We're looking for an Associate Director, Client Services to join our team on a 12-month maternity cover contract.

In this role, you'll lead the successful delivery of integrated creator marketing campaigns for one of our largest and most strategically important client partnerships.

You'll step into a well-established account, providing strategic leadership, operational excellence, and trusted client partnership from day one.

Working across multiple concurrent workstreams, you'll bring together cross-functional teams, guide campaign delivery from briefing through execution, and ensure every project is delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest creative standard.

  • Build trusted relationships across client organisations, confidently managing stakeholders, aligning priorities, and maintaining momentum across complex projects.
  • Own campaign commercials by developing pricing, managing budgets, tracking profitability, and identifying opportunities to optimise account performance.
  • Coach, mentor, and support team members, fostering a collaborative, high-performing, and solutions-oriented environment.
  • Continuously improve campaign workflows and operational processes, capturing learnings and implementing scalable improvements.
  • Act as a strategic partner to clients by bringing creator economy expertise, challenging thinking, and helping shape innovative campaign solutions.
  • Identify opportunities to strengthen client partnerships and support Business Leads in driving account growth.
  • Partner with Measurement and Paid Amplification teams to develop integrated media and measurement strategies.
  • Present ideas, campaign performance, and strategic recommendations confidently to clients and prospective partners.
  • Act as an escalation point for complex client situations, approaching challenges with professionalism, sound judgment, and a solutions-first mindset.
  • Stay immersed in the Creator Economy, sharing emerging trends, platform developments, and industry insights that create value for clients.

Here's what we're looking for

  • 6+ years' experience in an agency or brand environment.
  • A proven track record of leading large, complex client accounts, managing senior stakeholder relationships, and delivering exceptional client service.
  • Experience leading and developing high-performing teams through coaching and mentorship.
  • Strong commercial acumen, with experience managing budgets, identifying account growth opportunities, and partnering across teams to develop strategic solutions.
  • Exceptional organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with outstanding attention to detail.
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt quickly within a fast-moving environment.
  • A collaborative, proactive, and solutions-oriented approach, with excellent problem-solving skills.
  • A strong understanding of the Creator Economy, social media, and digital marketing, with genuine curiosity for emerging trends.
