About the role:
Sixteenth is looking for a Talent Manager to represent our and build our roster of Creators. You will work to develop the professional brand and business of your roster of Creators, creating commercial opportunities and building brilliant relationships with a network of Clients.
This role is an exciting opportunity to be part of the home of “good influence” and one of the leading, global, 360° Creator talent management companies.
Here’s what you’ll do day to day:
- Manage a developing roster of Creators across 360 commercial partnerships.
- Drive revenue and hit sales targets across our Creators by negotiating and securing
profitable, proactive and strategically-aligned commercial opportunities. - Bring, develop and maintain professional relationships with a client base relevant to your
roster. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with our Creators, providing strategic advice to deliver meaningful results.
- Support Talent Director to build and grow your roster, identifying new and exciting creators with high commercial potential.
Here’s what we’re looking for:
- A genuine passion for the creator economy.
- 2+ yearsĘĽ of experience in Talent Management or something similar.
- A fluent understanding of creator marketing, with a focus on digital
advertising and/or PR. - A proven record of generating new business and selling.
- A balance of commercial acumen and a creative mindset.
- An extrovert who loves meeting new people.
- You thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- You are coachable and open to feedback, criticism, and new ideas.
- Proactive and independent, not needing to be managed closely.
- A strong passion for the Creator Economy, including knowledge on developing
platforms. - You have a persistent nature and a strong work ethic.
- Humility, with an understanding that \’no job is too small.
