Whalar is seeking a Team Business Lead in London to steer a full-service Pod spanning business leadership, strategy, community, media and delivery. You will shape vision, drive growth, and deliver outstanding client experiences for a portfolio of key UK accounts.

Based in Farringdon with a hybrid model (2–3 days in the office, Tue/Thu anchor days), you will lead senior teams, manage revenue pipelines, and foster a culture of collaboration, innovation and operational excellence.
