- Contributing to the broader talent team by supporting training, team structure, and overall roster growth across the division.
Here’s what we’re looking for:
- Experience working in talent management or a related field such as influencer partnerships, digital advertising, PR, or creator marketing.

- Someone who is proactive, self-directed, and comfortable taking ownership in a fast-paced environment.
- A team player who is coachable, open to feedback, and always looking to improve.
- Humility and a "no task is too small" mindset when supporting creators and the broader team.
- Some experience leading or mentoring others, with an interest in helping develop junior team members.
- A natural relationship builder who enjoys connecting with people and growing a strong professional network.
