At Sixteenth, we're looking for a Business Talent Manager to help grow and represent this next generation of influential business creators. You'll partner with exceptional talent to build long-term careers, secure meaningful commercial partnerships, and develop opportunities that extend far beyond traditional brand deals. Here’s what you’ll do day to day:

  • Manage and grow a roster of business creators across entrepreneurship, finance, productivity, careers, and professional education.
  • Drive revenue across your roster by proactively sourcing, negotiating, and securing strategic commercial partnerships.
  • Build and nurture relationships with leading brands across finance, technology, SaaS, B2B, and professional services.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to your creators, helping shape their commercial strategy and long-term career growth.
  • Partner with the Talent Director to identify and sign the next generation of high-potential business creators.
  • Lead and mentor junior team members, supporting their development while ensuring exceptional campaign execution.

Here’s what we’re looking for:

  • 1-2+ years' experience in talent management, influencer marketing, partnerships, or a commercially focused role within media, technology, or the Creator Economy.
  • A genuine passion for business creators and a strong understanding of content across entrepreneurship, finance, investing, productivity, careers, and professional education.
  • A proven track record of generating new business, building client relationships, and closing commercial partnerships.
  • Commercially minded with the creativity to identify opportunities that create long-term value for both creators and brands.
  • Exceptional relationship-building skills with creators, clients, and internal stakeholders.
  • Proactive, organised, and comfortable taking ownership in a fast-paced environment.
  • Curious, coachable, and always looking to learn and improve.
  • Humble, collaborative, and willing to roll up your sleeves—no job is too small.
  • Passionate about the Creator Economy and excited by where it's heading.

Based in Farringdon, London, we embrace a flexible hybrid model. We ask our team to work from the office two to three days a week, with Tuesday and Thursday serving as our "anchor days." These days are dedicated to collaborating in person and celebrating Sixteenth’s vibrant culture together.
