About the role: Sixteenth is looking for a Manager / Senior Talent Manager to build, develop, and represent a roster of talent across the Broadcast, Media & PR landscape. This role will focus on identifying, signing, and managing individuals whose careers are rooted in television, radio, podcasting, journalism, communications, publicity, cultural commentary, and other public-facing media disciplines. As the lead for this specialist vertical, you will help talent unlock new opportunities, grow their influence, and build long-term, sustainable careers. You will combine talent discovery, career management, commercial strategy, and relationship-building to support both emerging and established talent.

Here’s what you’ll do day to day:

  • Build, manage, and grow a roster of talent across Broadcast, Media & PR, identifying individuals with strong commercial, cultural, and audience growth potential.
  • Develop and execute long-term career strategies that help talent grow their profile, influence, and opportunities across media, content, speaking engagements, partnerships, and live events.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with broadcasters, producers, talent bookers, media organisations, event organisers, and other key industry stakeholders.
  • Identify emerging trends, cultural moments, and market opportunities that create value for both talent and the wider business.
  • Partner with commercial and talent teams to align career development, audience growth, and revenue opportunities across the roster.
  • Support the continued growth of Sixteenth's Broadcast & Media talent offering through talent acquisition, industry expertise, and mentorship of junior team members.

Here’s what we’re looking for:

  • 5+ years of experience in Talent Management, Talent Representation, Creator Management, Entertainment, Media, Broadcast, or related industries.
  • Proven experience building, managing, and developing talent careers.
  • Strong understanding of the Broadcast, Media, PR, Communications, and Creator Economy landscapes.
  • Demonstrated success identifying talent, building industry relationships, and creating opportunities that drive career growth.
  • Existing network across media, entertainment, broadcasting, communications, events, or adjacent industries is highly desirable.
  • Commercially minded, with strong negotiation skills and a track record of creating value for both talent and the business.
  • Highly organised, relationship-driven, and comfortable balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
