- Develop and execute long-term career strategies that help talent grow their profile, influence, and opportunities across media, content, speaking engagements, partnerships, and live events.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with broadcasters, producers, talent bookers, media organisations, event organisers, and other key industry stakeholders.
- Identify emerging trends, cultural moments, and market opportunities that create value for both talent and the wider business.
- Partner with commercial and talent teams to align career development, audience growth, and revenue opportunities across the roster.
- Support the continued growth of Sixteenth's Broadcast & Media talent offering through talent acquisition, industry expertise, and mentorship of junior team members.
Here’s what we’re looking for:
- 5+ years of experience in Talent Management, Talent Representation, Creator Management, Entertainment, Media, Broadcast, or related industries.
- Proven experience building, managing, and developing talent careers.
- Strong understanding of the Broadcast, Media, PR, Communications, and Creator Economy landscapes.
- Demonstrated success identifying talent, building industry relationships, and creating opportunities that drive career growth.
- Existing network across media, entertainment, broadcasting, communications, events, or adjacent industries is highly desirable.
- Commercially minded, with strong negotiation skills and a track record of creating value for both talent and the business.
- Highly organised, relationship-driven, and comfortable balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
Success in this role looks like:
- Building a high-quality roster of talent across Broadcast, Media & PR.
- Creating meaningful career opportunities that elevate talent profiles and influence.
- Establishing Sixteenth as a destination for media personalities, broadcasters, commentators, communications professionals, and culturally relevant voices.
