Sixteenth, part of Whalar Group, is one of the leading, global, 360° Creator talent management companies. As the home of "good influence," we're dedicated to building long-term, strategic partnerships that help Creators fulfil their professional and human potential. We believe in promoting positivity and purpose — enabling Creators to deliver culturally relevant content, achieve deeper audience engagement, and build lasting careers.

About the role:

Sixteenth is looking for a Junior Talent Manager to support the growth of emerging Creator talent while helping shape and build our new Creator Incubator Programme. This role is a unique opportunity for someone passionate about discovering the next generation of culturally relevant Creators early, building meaningful relationships with them, and helping guide their development before the wider market catches up. Alongside managing a small developing roster, you'll work closely with the Talent Director to help launch and evolve a curated incubator-style programme for high‐potential Creators who are not yet ready for full management, but who we believe have the potential to become category leaders.

The programme is designed to bring exciting emerging talent into the Sixteenth ecosystem through access, education, mentorship, community and strategic opportunities - creating genuine long‐term value for Creators while building the future of our roster.

What your day might look like:

  • Manage and support a small developing roster of emerging Creators across commercial partnerships and career development.
  • Work alongside the Talent Director to build and launch Sixteenth's Creator Incubator Programme.
  • Identify high‐potential emerging Creators across culture, social and entertainment who align with the future of the Sixteenth roster.
  • Help onboard and nurture 10‐15 incubator Creators throughout 2026 through strategic support, education, introductions and community‐building opportunities.
  • Build meaningful early‐stage relationships with creators and help shape their long‐term trajectory within the Sixteenth ecosystem.
  • Support Creators with brand positioning, content strategy, partnership opportunities and career development.
  • Assist in securing and negotiating commercial opportunities for your roster and incubator talent.
  • Build and maintain relationships with brands, agencies, platforms and industry partners relevant to your division.
  • Stay tapped into emerging creator trends, platforms and cultural movements to identify future headline talent early.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams across partnerships, strategy, production and marketing to create valuable opportunities for talent.

Here's what we're looking for:

  • 1‐3 years' experience in talent management, influencer marketing, social media, partnerships, entertainment or a related field.
  • A strong understanding of the Creator Economy and deep interest in emerging internet culture and digital talent.
  • Naturally proactive with a strong instinct for spotting up‐and‐coming creators early.
  • Excellent relationship‐building skills and confidence communicating with talent, brands and industry stakeholders.
  • Commercially aware with a creative and culturally curious mindset.
  • Organised, self‐motivated and excited by the opportunity to help build something from the ground up.
  • Passionate about creator development and helping talent grow sustainably over time.
  • Coachable, collaborative and open to feedback and new ideas.
  • Humble, hands‐on and excited to contribute across all areas of the business.
  • An extrovert who loves meeting new people and building community.
