Whalar Group is seeking a Junior Talent Manager for its Sixteenth division to support emerging Creator talent and help build the Creator Incubator Programme in Farringdon. This hybrid role involves managing relationships with creators and brands while nurturing early-stage talent.

Qualified candidates will have 1–3 years in talent management or influencer marketing, a keen interest in the Creator Economy, and strong relationship-building skills. Workdays will include in-office collaboration on key anchor days.
