The Role
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Business Support Apprentice to join our team in our Bristol office. This is an excellent opportunity for someone starting their career who is eager to gain hands‑on experience across business operations, sales support, and marketing within a well‑established and growing company. This role offers exposure to multiple areas of the business, providing a strong foundation for future career progression.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to operations and sales teams
- Manage incoming emails and phone calls in a professional manner
- Build and maintain positive relationships with new and existing customers
- Assist in preparing sales proposals, quotations, and follow‑ups
- Support marketing activities, including social media and digital content creation
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends and potential clients
