Job Summary

Exciting Opportunity for Welder/Fabricator at RHC Lifting – Now part of WH Scott Group.

RHC Lifting Limited is a market leader in lifting equipment. We are seeking skilled Welders/Fabricators to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities

  • Reads, interprets, prepares materials and builds from technical drawings as assigned by the Projects Team.
  • Operates welding, cutting and drilling equipment safely.
  • Ensures all work complies with RHC Lifting safety policies.
  • Inspects and tests finished products for functionality and adherence to specifications.
  • Assists in workshop assembly and testing activities.
  • Provides general workshop assistance including painting of lifting equipment.
  • Maintains high standards of quality at all times.
  • Measures, cuts and bends steel components for construction.
  • Coordinates with other team members and departments to optimize the manufacturing process.
  • Enhances fabrication methods for efficiency and cost reduction.
  • Maintains a clean and safe working environment by complying with procedures, rules and regulations.
  • Operates in accordance with Company values at all times.
  • Performs any other reasonable duties as determined by the Directors.

Qualifications

  • Mechanical knowledge for working with various tools and equipment.
  • Proficiency in basic maths for measurements and calculations.
  • Experience in welding, fabricating, and working with sheet metal.
  • Strong ability to perform stick welds.
  • Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship.

Pay and Benefits

Pay: From Β£15.00 per hour.
