Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Commercial Property Solicitor - 5 year + pqe role based in Sutton.
The role involves managing a caseload of commercial property matters, including sales and purchases, leases, landlord and tenant issues, and property finance transactions.
The solicitor will draft, review, and negotiate contracts and lease documents, carry out due diligence, and handle title investigations and searches.
Daily responsibilities include advising clients on legal risks, compliance, and transaction structures, liaising with agents, lenders, and other solicitors, and ensuring matters progress efficiently to completion.
The role also includes maintaining accurate file records, meeting billing and time recording requirements on the LEAP system or equivalent , and contributing to business development and firm-wide initiatives.
Qualifications
