Stretching from the vibrant streets of Birmingham to the bustling heart of London, each pub exudes its own distinct charm and character, reflecting the unique personality of its community. Despite their individuality, they all share a unifying hallmark: the dedication of talented and passionate staff who take pride in delivering not just quality service, but memorable experiences that keep guests coming back time and time again.

Snuggly tucked into the corner of Bessels Green, and within walking distance of Sevenoaks station, is this cosy gastropub. Featuring two large open-plan dining rooms, kitted out with three open fires, a small snug bar and large patio and beer garden.

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Waiting / Bar Staff. In this role, you’ll be responsible for delivering excellent service, ensuring our customers have a positive and enjoyable experience from the moment they walk in the door. Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet and seat customers in a friendly and efficient manner.
  • Take food and drink orders accurately.
  • Serve food and beverages to customers with attention to detail.
  • Clear tables and maintain cleanliness in the dining area.
  • Provide recommendations and answer customer inquiries about the menu.
  • Process payments and manage cash/credit transactions.
  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
  • Create cocktails, handle drink orders, and ensure the bar area is stocked and clean.
  • Interact with customers in a friendly, professional, and engaging manner.
  • Monitor customer intoxication levels and serve responsibly.
  • Assist in keeping the bar area organized and well-stocked.
Ideal Candidate:
  • Experience in a hospitality role (waiting or bar staff) is preferred but not required.
  • A friendly and approachable demeanor with excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering great service.
  • A positive, can-do attitude and the ability to work well as part of a team.
  • Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
