My client is a well established accountancy practice and they are now looking to recruit a Senior Accountant / Client Manager to join the growing team. This is a highly varied role working closely with Head of Operations and Business Advisory, you will be responsible for the success of operational delivery and client experience leading the Pod Support, Bookkeeping and Payroll teams to success.
You will play a pivotal role in ensuring that we continue to adapt with new processes and systems; delivering training, having oversight of operational delivery and resolving any issues of how we operate, seeking out opportunities to simplify processes and production of management information.
