Sales will always find a reason to spend more, move faster, and ask for one more exception - a good Demand Generation Manager is the partner sharp enough to challenge that, and strategic enough to be trusted with it. If you want to build the pipeline engine behind WGSN's EMEA growth, and you're ready to be the person Sales calls first, this is your next role.

We're looking for a commercially minded Demand Generation Manager to lead marketing across EMEA, acting as the primary marketing partner to the regional Sales organisation, driving strategic demand-generation initiatives, and overseeing the regional marketing programme. Working across both regional and global teams, you'll influence commercial priorities, shape marketing strategy, and ensure campaigns, events, partnerships, and demand-generation activities deliver measurable business impact.

As Demand Generation Manager, you'll represent Marketing across EMEA, partnering closely with Sales leadership to develop commercially focused marketing strategies that drive business growth. Alongside owning the regional marketing calendar, you'll play a key role in evolving WGSN's global demand generation capability, helping improve how we generate, nurture, measure and convert demand across the business. Supported by a wider marketing team, you'll provide strategic input across regional marketing programmes while remaining close to delivery to ensure every initiative is executed to a high standard.

The team combines creative vision with strategic insight to deliver measurable commercial outcomes. Based across APAC, EMEA, LATAM, and NAM, we are a collaborative, high-performing group that uses data-driven decision-making to elevate the WGSN brand and deliver world-class campaigns.

Key Accountabilities

  • EMEA Marketing Business Partner: Act as the primary Marketing Business Partner for the EMEA Sales organisation, building trusted relationships with senior commercial stakeholders. Translate commercial priorities into regional marketing strategies and clear marketing recommendations. Use data, insight and commercial rationale to inform and influence decision-making. Support strategic planning sessions and help ensure alignment between regional Sales priorities and global marketing objectives. Represent Marketing across cross-functional projects and business initiatives.
  • Demand Generation Strategy: Contribute to the evolution of WGSN's global demand generation capability while owning the EMEA demand generation strategy. Drive initiatives that improve demand generation across the marketing and sales funnel, strengthening lead management, attribution, conversion and marketing effectiveness. Partner with Sales leadership, Marketing Operations and regional Marketing teams to deliver scalable improvements that support business growth. Use insight and performance data to optimise marketing effectiveness and recommend future improvements.
  • Regional Marketing Programs: Own the EMEA marketing calendar, ensuring activity supports regional commercial priorities and global business objectives. Plan and deliver integrated marketing programmes across campaigns, Account-Based Marketing and paid social media. Project-manage owned events and third-party partnership activity as part of the wider campaign plan. Work closely with the wider marketing team to ensure programmes are delivered to a high standard, while remaining hands-on where required. Champion the WGSN brand across EMEA and identify opportunities to strengthen customer engagement and market presence.
  • Performance, Insight & Optimisation: Define and monitor marketing KPIs to evaluate business performance. Produce reporting and actionable recommendations for regional and global stakeholders. Use campaign, pipeline and customer insight to continuously optimise marketing activity. Share best practice and learning across regional marketing teams to improve marketing effectiveness globally.

What you'll bring

  • 3-5 years of B2B marketing experience, ideally gained in a high-growth start-up, scale-up, or venture-backed SaaS, subscription or insights business.
  • Direct experience partnering with a Sales team in a fast-paced or hyper-growth environment, with the confidence to build trusted relationships and constructively challenge commercial priorities.
  • Exposure to developing or supporting demand generation programmes across the marketing and sales funnel, including lead management, lead scoring, marketing attribution, CRM (Salesforce) and conversion optimisation.
  • Experience contributing to integrated B2B marketing programmes across campaigns, ABM and digital marketing, including project-managing events or partnership activity as part of a wider plan.
  • Comfortable balancing strategic thinking with hands-on marketing delivery.
  • Excellent communication, presentation and project management skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to use data and insight to inform marketing decisions.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related discipline.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Marketo or similar marketing analytics platforms.
  • Experience working within a B2B SaaS, subscription, insights or technology business.
  • Experience working across regional and global teams within a matrix organisation is a plus.
