We're looking for a strategic B2B EMEA Field Marketing Manager to join our London-based team and play a key role in driving the growth of WGSN's worldâleading trend forecasting services. This is an exciting opportunity for a generalist 360âdegree, commercially minded marketer who thrives in a fastâpaced, global environment â someone who can bring ideas to life, inspire engagement, and deliver measurable results. This role is officeâbased out of our London office.
As a Marketing Manager, you will execute targeted marketing strategies that drive highâquality demand generation, create initiatives to increase client engagement (via AccountâBased Marketing), and raise brand awareness. You're a keen collaborator and diligent project manager, working across global and regional WGSN teams â including Sales, Design, and Content â to ensure WGSN's marketing is as forwardâthinking as our forecasts.
The Marketing team combines creative vision with strategic insight to deliver measurable commercial outcomes. Based across APAC, EMEA, LATAM, and NAM, we are a collaborative, highâperforming group that uses dataâdriven decisionâmaking to elevate the WGSN brand and deliver worldâclass campaigns.
Key accountabilities:- Set, define and monitor KPIs to measure campaign success and business impact.
- Utilise analytics and insights to continually refine performance and inform future marketing strategies.
- Deliver regular reporting on marketing effectiveness, engagement, and ROI.
- Own a shared responsibility with sales for conversion and revenue outcomes.
- Develop and execute multiâchannel marketing campaigns to drive awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement.
- Partner with internal teams to plan goâtoâmarket launches for new products and innovations.
- Utilise digital, content, and experiential marketing to connect with key audiences.
- Collaborate with the EMEA New Business team to align campaigns with GTM priorities and sector targets.
- Design and deliver ABM programmes targeting highâvalue enterprise clients.
- Collaborate with Sales to develop personalised strategies and nurture key accounts.
- Measure, analyse, and optimise ABM activity for greater conversion and engagement.
- Tailor marketing plans to reflect industry, client, and channel nuances.
- Develop sectorâfocused campaigns that resonate with designers, buyers, merchandisers, and marketers in leading global retailers.
- Champion initiatives that reinforce WGSN's position as the global authority in trend forecasting.
- Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints and marketing materials.
- Support PR, partnerships, and event strategies to maximise reach and brand impact.
What you'll bring:
- Proven experience in a marketing role within B2B or trendâdriven industries (e.g., insights, media, SaaS, fashion, or retail).
- Expertise in demand generation marketing, campaign execution, and ABM.
- Strong ability to craft targeted marketing strategies for diverse audiences.
- Experience engaging with senior commercial stakeholders â you're KPIâdriven and determined to deliver on them.
- Knowledge of digital and content marketing best practices.
- Analytical mindset with experience measuring and optimising campaign performance.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and projectâmanagement skills.
- Experience managing budgets and external agency relationships.
- Fan of WGSN and Trend Forecasting â you're a futurist with your finger on the pulse.
Preferred qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or professional qualification in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in trend forecasting, consumer insights, or retail marketing is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with marketing automation, CRM, and analytics platforms.
