You will work with the Account Management team to ensure clients derive tangible value from our products and identify upsell opportunities while maintaining strong retention across a high-volume portfolio.
You will engage with clients, coordinate onboarding, maintain relationships, and Deliver workshops that integrate into clients’ processes.
