Vacancy
The vacancy is for an experienced Site Manager to join our Projects Division. In this role, you will lead all site-based construction activities for multi-discipline projects, ensuring safe, efficient, and timely delivery that meets client expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide construction planning and resource strategy during bid stage.
- Develop and implement construction phase Health & Safety plans.
- Manage EICA and Mechanical installations, including programmes, risk assessments, method statements, and lifting plans.
- Liaise with client operations teams throughout the construction phase.
- Oversee drawings, site audits, and inspections to maintain quality standards.
- Lead internal teams and subcontractors for efficient, compliant site delivery.
- Plan and provide all documentation, resources, tools, materials, and H&S equipment.
- Manage Site Acceptance Testing (SAT), including pressure testing and certification.
What We’re Looking For
- 2–3 years’ experience in a similar role within engineering or civils.
- Strong knowledge of the water/wastewater industry.
- Familiarity with NEC3 Construction & Engineering Contracts.
- Electrical or mechanical bias.
- Full UK driving licence (travel required).
