  • Oversee installation, maintenance, repair, testing and commissioning activities, ensuring compliance with WGM procedures, RAMS, permits, technical standards and HSEQ requirements.
  • Plan and coordinate labour, subcontractors, materials, plant and technical resources, working with project and planning teams to deliver programmes, milestones and priorities effectively.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and operational teams, identify and resolve site constraints, manage delivery risks and provide clear reporting on progress, resources, quality and performance.

What You’ll Bring

  • A recognised qualification in mechanical engineering or a related engineering discipline at HNC, HND or degree level, or an equivalent vocational qualification supported by substantial relevant industry experience.
  • Previous experience working in a senior field-engineering, maintenance-supervision, engineering-supervision or comparable operational leadership role.
  • Experience leading and coordinating field-based engineering, maintenance, installation or service-delivery teams, and managing employee performance
  • Experience allocating and coordinating labour, subcontractors, plant, materials, equipment and workload across multiple work fronts.
  • Confidence working with Project Managers, Project Engineers, planners and support functions to coordinate field delivery.
  • The ability to monitor operational performance against programmes, service levels, compliance periods, workstream objectives or KPIs.
  • Experience working within health, safety, environmental and quality requirements, including RAMS, permits and safe systems of work.
