The Opportunity

We are seeking a dynamic Head of Procurement to join our team. This pivotal role will shape, implement, and oversee procurement strategies, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives, regulatory requirements, and best practice standards. Reporting directly to the Director of Procurement, you will lead a high‑performing team and drive value across our supply chain.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee procurement operations to ensure timely, cost‑effective, and quality sourcing of goods and services.
  • Develop and maintain robust procurement processes and controls to drive efficiency and compliance.
  • Champion continuous improvement initiatives across procurement systems and supplier management.
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with key suppliers and partners.
  • Negotiate contracts, terms, and SLAs to secure optimal value.
  • Monitor supplier performance, resolve disputes, and ensure contractual compliance.
  • Lead, motivate, and develop a team of procurement professionals, providing coaching and mentoring.
  • Promote a collaborative, high‑performance culture within the procurement function.
  • Ensure compliance with legislation, regulations, and ethical standards.
  • Work closely with legal, commercial, finance, and compliance teams to manage risks.

About You
