WGM Engineering Ltd, part of the RSK Group, is recruiting an Electrical Qualifying Supervisor for its Compliance Team on a full‑time, permanent basis. The role is based in Glasgow with some hybrid flexibility and involves occasional site visits across the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure client assets are worked on and turned out with compliance to current electrical regulations, WIMES specification, and Electrical Safety Rules (ESR).
- Continually improve project communication and performance within the team.
- Build strong client relationships.
- Develop business within the electrical regulatory structure.
Preferred Qualifications
- SVQ Level 3 Electrical.
- Recognised Electrical Apprenticeship.
- Recognised Inspection & Testing Qualification.
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations.
- ECS Card.
- Knowledge and understanding of electrical construction to WIMES Specification.
- Knowledge of safe systems of work.
- Excellent mentoring skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proven experience in an operational supervisory role.
