Overview
Digital Operations Analyst (1122888) role at WGM Engineering Ltd. Full-time permanent position based in Glasgow with hybrid working. Reporting to a Business Analyst who has developed tools to support the business. The Digital Operations Analyst will maintain and update the data that drives these tools, solutions and dashboards, and will be trained to develop new tools using MS Apps and Services, and Power BI.
Main Duties And Responsibilities
- Data collation: Gather relevant data from various sources at specified intervals (weekly, monthly) to enable accurate updating of dashboards and management information.
- Data visualisation: Integrate datasets for visualization in charts and graphs.
- Data cleansing: Prepare and cleanse data as needed to ensure reporting accuracy and smooth operation of tools.
- Liaison with users: Support users in their use of data and related tools.
- Liaison with third-party providers: Coordinate changes to systems supplied by third parties.
- Development of new tools: With training and support from team members, develop new tools and solutions using MS Apps and Services and Power BI.
Qualifications
Degree-level qualification within an analytical-based subject and 1-2 yearsβ experience working with data, visualization and reporting. The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills and strong attention to detail. Proficiency in Excel is essential.
