WGM Engineering, part of RSK Group, is looking for a Delivery Manager to join our Projects team on a permanent, full-time basis , working 37.5 hours per week . This role will be based in Glasgow , with travel to project sites as required. Please note we will be relocating to Stepps within six months. Reporting to the Projects Director , you will lead the safe, efficient and commercially successful delivery of a portfolio of mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, control and automation (MEICA) projects across water and industrial infrastructure. You’ll lead and develop Project Managers and Engineers, taking ownership of delivery performance from enquiry, estimating and design through to installation, commissioning and handover. Working closely with our in-house specialists, you’ll bring teams together, resolve challenges and ensure projects deliver on our commitments to clients. WGM Engineering is experiencing significant growth across the UK, delivering critical infrastructure projects across the water, utilities and infrastructure sectors. What You’ll Do Lead a portfolio of MEICA projects, ensuring delivery against agreed safety, programme, cost, quality and client requirements. Provide visible leadership on health, safety, wellbeing and environmental performance, ensuring effective controls and high standards across project teams. Lead, coach and develop Project Managers and Engineers, setting clear expectations, reviewing performance and supporting their progression. Oversee project budgets, financial forecasts and agreed margins, working with commercial colleagues to manage contractual obligations, change and financial risk. Ensure project programmes are realistic and properly resourced, identifying dependencies and intervening early to address delays or performance concerns. Work closely with Technical
