Position Overview

Room Attendant – Report to Head Housekeeper. Supports the housekeeping team in daily operations and ensures rooms meet hotel standards.

Rate: £13.50

Hours: Guaranteed Hours Each Week

Responsibilities

• Clean guest rooms to hotel standard
• Replenish linen and guest supplies
• Provide a great guest experience
• Report any maintenance faults and handle lost property
• Ensure that all appliances, fixtures and fittings are safe and work in accordance with regulations, and report any faults to the Head Housekeeper

Training & Development

WGC offers an annual training allowance of up to £10,000, usable for a selection of WGC Approved Apprenticeships and accredited training courses, including English, Maths, IT and more.
