Rate: £12 | Hours: Guaranteed Hours Each Week

In the role of Linen Porter, you will report to the Head Housekeeper and be responsible for supporting the housekeeping team in the day-to-day running of the department.

Your role will include:

  • Delivering clean linen and towels to the designated storerooms.
  • Maintaining the records for the movement of linen and towels, including rejects.
  • Rejecting any linen and/or towels that are not up to the agreed quality and appearance.
  • Assisting in mattress turning as directed by the housekeeper.
  • Maintaining the cleanliness of the linen store area.
  • Reporting any maintenance defects to the housekeeper.
