As an Assistant Head Housekeeper, reporting to the Head Housekeeper, you will support your team in the daily operations of the housekeeping department.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Checking rooms to company standards
- Improving productivity and efficiency of room cleaning
- Analyzing guest data to plan resources and materials
- Maintaining strong relationships with the GM, hotel team, housekeeping team, and suppliers
- Identifying ways to enhance guest satisfaction
- Adhering to health and safety policies, maintaining neat and organized work areas (COSHH/Manual Handling)
- Recruiting, training, managing, and monitoring team performance
- Exceeding financial targets
- Managing expenditure and payroll within budget
- Participating in training to improve skills and performance
- Solving routine on-the-job challenges
