We’re looking for an Order Fulfilment Assistant to join our welcoming team. You’ll be someone who feels energised by purpose-led business, enjoys rolling up their sleeves, and is excited to help shape the next chapter of a growing British wellness brand. We're a small, passionate team united by a love of thoughtful design, natural ingredients and exceptional customer experiences.

This is a part-time position, working Monday to Thursday (10:15am–2:15pm). Hours are flexible for the right candidate, with additional availability required during staff holidays and busy periods.

What you’ll be responsible for:

  • Ensuring the efficient fulfilment of wholesale and retail orders.
  • Selecting, packing, and dispatching of orders while maintaining high standards of quality and customer service.
  • Managing inventory levels, receiving and unloading deliveries, and ensuring products and materials are stored safely.
  • Implementing effective stock rotation practices, minimising waste and maintaining product quality.
  • Supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of the business by carrying out light administrative duties as required.
  • Adhering to established operating procedures, quality standards, and health and safety guidelines.
  • Building and maintaining positive working relationships with the team.

Please note, this position involves regular manual handling, including the movement and lifting of stock.
