This is a senior role partnering with operational leaders to drive people performance, culture, and organisational effectiveness. You’ll act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders delivering the people agenda while ensuring alignment with wider business objectives. This is a hands‑on leadership role, combining strategy with execution in a dynamic, customer-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
