Responsibilities:
- Work with children and young people with Autistic Spectrum Disorder and Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs
- Help them learn, develop their abilities and raise their self‑esteem
- Deliver lessons that celebrate small victories while maintaining resilience and dedication
- Collaborate with in‑house psychologists, teaching assistants and therapy professionals to support pupils
- Build positive relationships with students and support their individual progress
- Actively contribute to a well‑resourced, inclusive learning environment
Qualifications:
- Qualified Teacher Status
- Previous teaching experience with pupils with complex educational or SEN needs
