Witherslack Group is hiring a Shift Leader to support our Children's Homes in Sunderland. You will help ensure daily routine runs smoothly, supervise staff, and act as a leader to deliver high standards of care for young people.
You will build relationships with young people, demonstrate empathy and resilience, and be ready to deputise for Team Leaders when needed. A Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent) is preferred, with paid study support if not held.
