Witherslack Group in the UK is recruiting a Children’s Residential Support Worker to help our young people in a caring, structured home environment. You’ll support daily routines, help with schoolwork, plan activities and ensure safety and wellbeing across shifts.
No experience required initially; we offer a 4‑week Care Academy, up to 7 weeks’ holiday, sleep-in payments, training, and clear progression pathways within WG. A full UK driving licence is preferred to support your role.
