Witherslack Group is opening Turner Court in Bristol in September 2026 as a brand-new primary school serving up to 50 pupils with autism and SEMH needs. This PBS Lead role focuses on developing, organising and delivering a high-quality Positive Behaviour Support approach to enable children to grow and thrive.

You will co-produce plans with families, coach staff in person-centred PBS, and ensure effective behavioural support across the school while promoting inclusion and wellbeing.
