Witherslack Group is seeking a Pastoral Support Assistant to provide high standards of care for children and young people with complex emotional and behavioural needs, including those with autism, SEMH and other SEN.
You will work with families to develop pastoral care plans, support a positive learning environment, and maintain progress records.
A DBS check is required; the role includes full induction and a generous benefits package.
