Witherslack Group is seeking a Residential Support Worker to help young people in our UK homes, supporting their day-to-day life and creating positive memories. You’ll assist with getting ready for school, homework, paperwork and activity planning while building trust and a supportive environment.
This role requires a can-do attitude, empathy and resilience; a full UK driving licence is needed. Training includes a 4-week Care Academy induction and opportunities for progression within the group.
