Job Overview
Deputy Manager in our Children’s Homes, responsible for supporting the day‑to‑day operations and ensuring a secure, safe, and motivating environment for staff and young people.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in managing the day‑to‑day operations of the home.
- Support the entire team and ensure high standards are maintained.
- Ensure staff and young people feel secure, safe and motivated.
- Handle operational challenges and facilitate the resolution of issues.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in residential childcare, including supervisory experience.
- Level3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (England) required.
- Level5 Diploma in Leadership and Management desirable.
- Full UK driving licence held for at least 12 months.

- Base salary: £42,664 – £49,452.
- Attendance allowance up to £1,400 per year.
- Regional allowance £2,000.
